Damage that occurs after delivery due to improper care, environmental conditions, or other factors outside our control is not covered under this policy. We provide detailed care instructions with every order, and following these guidelines is essential for the success of your container garden.

2.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost, or we will provide a refund for the missing or incorrect items.

2.3 Quality Issues

If you believe that the plants or containers you received are of substandard quality upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been in your possession for more than 48 hours, as we cannot verify the care they have received
  • Custom or personalized container arrangements made to your specific requirements
  • Products that have been modified, repotted, or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Products on sale or marked as final sale
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable

  • If a return is approved, follow the instructions provided for returning the items
  • Pack the items securely to prevent further damage during return shipping

We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer a satisfaction guarantee for the condition of plants upon arrival. This guarantee covers:

  • Plants that arrive dead or severely wilted beyond recovery
  • Plants that show clear signs of pest infestation at the time of delivery
  • Plants that are significantly different from what was ordered or described

This guarantee does not cover plant decline or failure that occurs after the 48-hour notification period, as plant care after delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We provide detailed care instructions to help ensure the success of your container garden.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow the return process outlined above.

For custom or personalized orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom order.

10. Seasonal Considerations

Plant availability and shipping may be affected by seasonal conditions. During extreme weather periods, we may delay shipments to protect plant quality. If a delay affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to reschedule delivery or cancel for a full refund.

Some plants may have limited availability during certain seasons. If an ordered plant is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.
